With an unwavering commitment, her overarching objective is to impact the lives of one million individuals globally. By engaging in meaningful dialogues and offering unwavering support, she has been instrumental in empowering countless young men and women across the UK and beyond

Shine Your Light (SYL) was founded in 2020 by Shamiso Dzumbira with the leading of God. It started off as just a small blog with weekly motivational Mondays and videos of series showcasing the voices of young men and women from different walks of life .As it has progressed from the blogging world it became something bigger than Shamiso could imagine, from having 2 spoken word nights almost 25 hear me out conversations, Instagram Lives and even some brand photo-shoots.
SYL has turned into a global phenomenon, which is now focused on empowering all men and women in all areas of their lives specifically focusing on their professional, personal and spiritual walks with God. There’s so much more to Shamiso Dzumbira and to SYL and we can’t wait for you to join the journey and become part of this movement to change the world by shining our lights.
